Can I really get my website today?
Yes, we can fully set up your account within a few hours from receiving your application. There may be a delay of approx. 24 hrs until your website becomes visible on the Internet, which is related to the new domain name registration process.

Do I need to register my own domain name?
No, we will register a domain name on your behalf as a part of the package cost.

What happens if I already have a registered domain name?
You can keep the domain name, and we will set it up for FREE to be used with the Websitetoday technology.

What happens with my existing ISP account and email address?
Nothing will change in the way you are currently accessing the Internet. You will continue to use your ISP to connect and browse the Web, and can use your existing email account without changing any settings. As a part of the Business package, all the emails addressed to your domain name (eg. anyone@yourbusiness.com) will be redirected to your specified email address.

Do I receive a GST Tax Invoice?
Yes, you will be emailed a Tax Invoice upon the processing of your payment.

How can I pay?
We currently accept payments by Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard.

How many pages can I have?
Please read the description of the Package you are signing up for to see what the maximum page allowance is.

What happens if I need more pages?
Email us, and we will see what can be done.

How many images can I have?
This depends on which template you are using to build your website. Each template has a certain amount of editable image and text spots. Choose one that suits your needs and style.

Is it possible to change the typefont or size as i am making the website?
The website editor has an 'Advanced Mode'. When you switch to it, you will get extra features such as controlling the font typeface, colour, size and image alignment.
